Can You Place a Reg CC Hold on a Savings Bond?

You cannot deposit a Saving Bonds into a transaction account. A Savings Bond is either eligible to be cashed or it is not. Once it is cashed, then the cash can be deposited to a transaction account and of course, would not be subject to a Reg CC hold.
