The current CRA rating standards do not include performance guidelines. There is no stated number that automatically results in a particular rating. It is possible for a bank to receive an Outstanding rating with little or no community development (CD) activities, but generally banks receiving an Outstanding rating have significant volume of CD loans, investments and services.
