Claim for Exemptions Form for Authorized Signer

Question:
I received a garnishment on an authorized signer of a customer's account. My question is in regard to the Claim for Exemptions form. Do I send this to the person named on the garnishment? We have a loan in his name, so I have a current address (there is no line of credit associated with the loan). In the past, I have mailed this notice to customers who have zero or negative balances but this is the first for me on an Authorized Signer.
