Closing Branches for 1 Hour During Solar Eclipse

Question: 
We're thinking of closing our branches (7) for about 1 hour during the solar eclipse. As long as we post signage a week in advance and on our website, are we in violation of anything?

State law issue, unless you are a National Bank which only allows closure in declared emergencies.

I know of a bank that closed its main office (without permission) because the local high school basketball team was in the state championship.

Both examples seem a tad south of silly to me.
