Communicate facts to borrowers

Question: 
Customers see on the news that foreclosures and evictions have stopped and borrowers can skip payments. What should we tell them when they ask about this?
Answer: 

To a large extent evictions and foreclosures have stopped because they are not being carried out. But that doesn’t mean landlords and lenders are not preparing to get in line for when the courthouse doors are open and loan extensions require an agreement, a plan and an approval of the borrower and the lender, so let’s talk about your concerns and figure out a plan…
