Copy of Internal Operating Policy

Question:
Are we allowed to provide a member with a copy of one of our internal operating policies?
Answer:

by Randy Carey: That is a question for your legal counsel and might depend on the specific policy you are referencing.

Answer:

by Ken Golliher:

No, you absolutely cannot do it! Hardship and famine will fall upon your institution if you do!!!

Honestly, you probably could, but I think it would be such incredibly bad judgment that I'm perfectly willing to lie to you about it. wink

Whatever the topic, whatever the policy or procedure said, it could only be used against you if you deviated from it in your business relationship with this individual.
