Copy of NACHA Rules-Originate ACH Transactions

Answered by:

Are we required to provide a copy of the NACHA rules to our customers that originate ACH transactions?

You are required to ensure your Originators comply with the rules. Many banks require that Originators have a copy of one of the NACHA books that provide that information. Whether the bank pays for that copy is between the bank and the Originator.
