Did you know the SFHDF changed?

When will FEMA’s Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form be updated?

FEMA released a new Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF) last June. This form is dated June 2016 and expires October 31, 2018. While the previous form expired May 30, 2015, FEMA has said you may continue using it during the phase-in period of the new form. FEMA doesn’t indicate how long this phase-in period will be but promises to provide more information. So for now, you may use the old or the new form.
