When people talk about tellers handling the “sticky stuff,” what does that mean?
Answer: 

At the teller window, tellers sometimes need to ask questions that may appear intrusive. Some customers react badly to such inquiries and may be offended. Dealing with such customers in a professional manner is important. Tellers must learn to properly deal with a variety of difficult situations.
