Is there a reg or guideline that states what wording should be included in the confidentiality disclose we put in our outgoing emails?

Answer:

None of which I am aware. This is a legal disclaimer, and as such, I'd just have whatever you put reviewed by legal counsel. There are certainly arguments both ways as to whether having the disclaimer gains you any protections. That's certainly a legitimate conversation to have with your attorneys.
