May we pull a credit report for an employee at the request of the employee?

Answer:

I would not. All employees have access to ordering their own free credit reports over the internet. You should also review your credit bureau contract, as most standard contracts prohibit you from pulling credit reports unless you have a permissible purpose related specifically to your business operations.
