Escrows & the Aggregate Adjustment

Answered by:

Question:
If the sellers are paying the borrower's escrows for hazard insurance and taxes, does it matter who gets the aggregate adjustment?
Answer:

First, I've never seen sellers pay for escrows. I wish I would have bought my last house from these sellers! The sellers need to receive the adjustment. Otherwise, they are paying too much for the escrow (the sum of the single item analyses).
