Kirchman has a model policy in their Big Orange Book (http://www.kirchman.com/comply/). Not sure if you are looking for a policy for those that are deemed to be "debt collectors" under the act or not. The Kirchman model is for banks that do NOT wish to be classified as a "debt collector" and therefore not subject to the act (although I know in SC at least, state law applies basically the same debt collection requirements in FDCPA to lenders collecting their own debts).
