FI Deactivate Login-Not Used for Specific Period?

Are there any regs that say a FI must deactivate an online/Internet banking login if they haven't logged in for a specific period?

I have not seen regulatory guidance calling for this. Many banks were paying their vendor a fee per user and would remove inactive users because of this. If enrollment fees are not an issue deactivating the account or requiring some additional reviews may be wise just as you build in controls for dormant accounts that suddenly become active.
