Gaining additional context with exception comments

Ideally, missing and expired documents would be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, there are situations where a customer fails to take action and provide the requested documents in a timely manner. Exception comments can be useful for tracking due diligence efforts and customer feedback throughout the process.
