Do you have to disclose owner's title insurance on the Good Faith Estimate for a construction-permanent loan?
Answer: 

If the construction-permanent loan financed the transfer of title to the property, then owner's title should be shown. If the borrower already owned the property, owner's title would not be disclosed.
