Guarantor's Right to a Copy of Note

Answered by:

Question:
Must we give a copy of a note to a guarantor of the note? Is there a legal requirement?
Answer:

I am not aware of any requirement to do so. I think it is prudent, so that they are fully aware of what they guaranteed.
