How do I process third party cashier checks electronically? I have a merchant account services that allows me to submit my checks (business, personal, cashier, bank draft) via a program. The problem is that the check goes to the bank for processing under my business name and not the payee name.
Answer: 

Without the contractual language covering your account services or an understanding of how your arrangement works, it would be difficult if not impossible to give you a definitive answer. You should direct your question to your bank, and explain exactly what it is that you want to be able to do.
