If your bank is using your core system's imaging module, you may have to check if your current core allows a document export. Documents will then need to be manually imported and mapped into your new imaging system. If you're using a core-integrated, third-party imaging system, ask your vendor if they integrate to the new core. If so, you may not need to take any manual actions.
