Increased real estate appraisal exemption

I have been told the recent $500,000 threshold increase for real estate evaluations applies ONLY to commercial property. Is that correct?

That assumption is WRONG! We will discuss this new threshold increase and go over in depth what transactions might apply. This could even include residential property transactions in certain cases
