Inform Customers of Multi-factor Authentication

Answered by:

Question:
We have added the Multi-factor Authentication process to our website. We have decided to add a link to inform and educate our customers for the up-and-coming feature. Is adding the link enough or do we need to send out statement stuffers?
Answer:

The more you can do to educate your customers the fewer difficulties they will have and the fewer trouble calls your bank will have to field. That said, your target audience is the group of customers who use your eBanking service. That group is often more likely to "catch" a notice posted on your eBanking portal than in a statement. In fact, many of these customers never open a bank statement, since they can get all they need from the eBanking application.
