IRA Penalty Exceptions!

Answered by:

Question:
Are there exceptions to the 10% IRS penalty?
Answer:

Yes from death, disability to first time homebuyers. There are many exceptions to the 10% penalty. This year you can take $100,000 out of the retirement plan and not pay a 10% IRS imposed penalty under the CARES Act.
