Joint Promo with CPA

We have a CPA in our community who handles 80% of the areas business payroll. Could we do joint advertising with him on a flyer that promotes our debit card if he shares the cost of the marketing materials? Are there any compliance issues?

Answer:

I don't know why you couldn't do this. For that matter, I don't know that he would even need to share in the costs if you didn't want him to (unless you are giving him that thing of value in exchange for him referring RESPA covered loans to you). The only compliance issues would be your ordinary marketing disclosure issues that would apply to any bank advertising.
