Learning defensive skills

Answered by:

Do you think bank employees should take self-defense classes?

I’m not opposed to any classes that help raise awareness and empower you to take more control over your safety and security. In dealing with difficult people, it’s good to have knowledge of de-escalation techniques and skills. If confronted with someone intent on injuring or killing, you must be prepared to quickly react in a way to preserve life. The more knowledge and good training you can get, the better.
