Legal to Send Adverse Action Notices By Email?

Question:
Is it legal to send Adverse Action notices by email?
Answer:

Answer:

by Jim Bedsole: I would also contend that in addition to E-SIGN as Randy rightly cites, you should make sure the communication is done securely. Sending non-public personal financial information via unsecured e-mail would be a potential GLB privacy issue that you should consider.
