Answer by John Burnett: When a legal entity (LLC, corporation, partnership, etc.) is listed as the "person on whose behalf" a transaction was completed, the owners of that entity are not also reported as "persons on whose behalf" the transaction was completed just because they are owners, even if there is only one owner of the entity.
