List Business Entity As Only Owner for LLC CTR?

When completing a CTR for an LLC, does Part I list just the business entity as the only owner? Or do the signers get listed as well?

Answer by Randy Carey: The signers on a business account may or may not be the owners. Unless one of the signers conducted the transaction, they would not be listed on a CTR.

Answer by John Burnett: When a legal entity (LLC, corporation, partnership, etc.) is listed as the "person on whose behalf" a transaction was completed, the owners of that entity are not also reported as "persons on whose behalf" the transaction was completed just because they are owners, even if there is only one owner of the entity.
