List the Names of All Account Holders on a CTR

Question: 
On a joint account do the names of all account holders have to be included in the CTR, no matter who made the deposit?
Answer: 

Unless there is something unique about the transaction such that it does not benefit all of the account owners, you should list all of them in Section A entries on the CTR.
