Loan Payments which Exceed What is Currently Owed

Answered by:

How is a bank supposed to handle loan payments which exceed what is currently owed?

The application of payments should be addressed in your loan agreement. If you are referring to final payments, then refer to either 1026.11 or 1026.21.
