Low staffing levels can make your office a target

Answered by:

Our staff has been reduced. I’m afraid this makes us a better target for a robber. What do you think?

Oftentimes, a robber will case out the bank before robbing it. If he sees that there are only one or two employees in the lobby, that will almost certainly make a better target than an office with 4 or more employees. I would urge banks to have at least four employees at an office if at all possible.
