Managing Exceptions Remotely

Question:
How do banks follow up on exceptions when staff are not able to print and mail paper notices?
Answer:

Some exception tracking systems make it possible to send notices via email. Calling customers on the phone is also an option that many banks consider. To enable this, however, bank staff will require remote access to customer exception data and contact information.
