Is it required to have "Member FDIC" on every message on our outside electronic marquee, regardless if a specific bank deposit product is mentioned or not? Most frames are visible for only 1-2 seconds.

Answer:

If the electronic marquee is attached to your banking offices building, no. If it's a free-standing message board, it could depend on the content of the message being displayed. You don't get a "pass" for changing the message frequently.
