We need specific information on when we MUST post "MEMBER FDIC" on actual videos, ads etc. that we post direct to social media "if" this is already on our Facebook/Linked In pages in the "About" section. Please expand on this topic in detail.

Answer:

If I see the FDIC disclosure when I go to the ad or video, that should be fine. If the ad or video are viewed or may be viewed separately from where I automatically see the disclosure, the disclosure should be added to those items. In a standalone mode they would not be compliant.
