What are the rules for advertising on mobile devices, such as ads our mobile customers see on their smart phones?
Answer: 

The regulators have not carved out any special exemptions for the smaller screens. While it may be a blessing and a curse, you have to follow the same rules as you would for print or your website on the mobile devices. The good is that you only have one set of rules to follow. The bad is that there are no exceptions. If you can't make the disclosures, don't run the ad.
