The flood regulation applies to a loan secured by a building or a mobile home. Is flood insurance required on a mobile home that is not on a foundation?

For purposes of the flood regulations, the term mobile home means a mobile home on a permanent foundation. Insurance is not required, nor is it available, on a mobile home that is not on a permanent foundation.
