Answer by David Dickinson: Here's a link pertaining to how to order FDIC signs. It provides a fax and toll free number to use to contact the FDIC to order any signs.
Answer by John Burnett: The new poster wording, which updates the name and address to which consumers may write concerning a fair housing complaint, is found at 12 CFR Part 338, section 338.4. What you will not see in that section of the FDIC's regulations is the fact that you have until August 7, 2009, to have the updated signs in place. That fact is tucked away in the Federal Register notice of the rule change, which you can find here. Make sure you leave yourself some lead time to obtain the signs and avoid the rush next summer. You can put them up any time between now and August 7, 2009. The rule was announced in BOL's Top Stories on August 7, 2008.
