I am going to have signs made for our loan originators that say Financing Provided By - our bank and their contact info - do I need to include the NMLS# on these signs?

No, and for two reasons:

Nowhere does it say that the NMLS unique identifier needs to be placed in ads.
The definition of "unique identifier" in Regulation G says that the unique identifier "Must not be used for purposes other than those set forth under the S.A.F.E. Act."
