Old mobile homes and HMDA

Question:
If an older mobile home is not considered a manufactured home, is it a different type of dwelling for HMDA reporting once we are under the revised 2018 rules?
Answer:

No, loans secured by mobile homes built prior to June 15, 1976, are not dwelling-secured for HMDA purposes. HMDA reporting does not affect the application of other laws and regulations such as Regulation Z and flood insurance.
