Is it possible we’ll have some of the same problems in Phase II that we experienced in Phase I?

Answer:

Absolutely. For customers who didn’t participate in Phase I but want to process same-day debits in Phase II, software and training issues still exist. Now is the best time to educate customers about Phase II and prepare internal procedures to verify same-day debit files.
