Overdraft Fee on a Savings Account

If a savings account becomes overdrawn due to an ACH item, can the bank charge an NSF fee the same as for checking accounts?
Answer: 

If you have disclosed it in your TISA disclosures (if TISA is required), you can. There is no prohibition.
