Personal Representative - Estate Account Inquiry

Answered by:

Question:
If there is a personal representative for an estate, are we required to inform him/her which beneficiaries are listed on an account about which they are inquiring?
Answer:

The duly-appointed estate representative should have access to that information, although the accounts would typically not become part of the estate he or she is administering.
