No. Your bank accepted the check at the time your employee signed it. Your bank cannot change its mind. Your customer has no right to stop payment on a cashiers check - it was not your customer who ordered the payment to begin with. Your bank did.
Some states' version of the UCC has a provision where a check that is lost or stolen can be replaced. "Payment stopped" would still not be the reason why the original check would be returned unpaid.
