Principals of Private Corp Make On-line Transfers?

Answered by:

Question:
Can principals of a private corporation make on-line transfers from their corporate account to personal account? I know telephone transfers are not permitted.
Answer:

If allowed, it should be through the bank's bill payment function and not the direct transfer function. Personal accounts should not be linked to the business account.
