Printing Acct. Statements for Deceased Customers

Question: 
We occasionally have customers that have passed away and have no beneficiaries on the account. Do we have to continue to print their account statements monthly or can we change it to print annually?
Answer: 

State law and your procedures for handling returned mail may affect how soon you can suspend generating statements. Also, don't forget that there should not be any EFT activity in such an account, and that should give you an "out" under the Reg E statement requirements.
