Prop Tax Disbursement Diff From Initial Escrow

Is there a compliance or regulation issue if the property tax disbursement on the Initial Escrow Disclosure Statement does not match the HUD?

There should be no RESPA issues IF the initial escrow disclosure was based on information available at the time it was issued and the actual subsequent disbursement correctly reflects the billing from the taxing authority.
