When processing fraudulent debit card disputes with Visa, do we have 5 business days to provide the provisional credit to the customer whether they are a consumer or business customer?
Answer: 

Visa treats consumer cards and business cards the same for Zero Liability purposes, Even though Regulation E may not apply to business cards, you still owe business cardholders provisional credit within five business days for unauthorized transaction claims resulting from lost, stolen, or compromised cards.
