QC of Documents in an Imaging System

Question:
How does the quality control process work in an electronic imaging system?
Answer:

Imaging systems should provide built-in features to support the document QC process. At a minimum, the system should provide data on how the document was scanned or uploaded to your imaging system and provide a convenient way to verify that everything in the document is correct. Being able to approve, reject, and add comments to documents is also important.
