Reg E Claim Form for ATM Deposit

Question:
A customer deposits at another bank through an ATM. We need pictures of the checks that make up the deposit. The bank says we need an Reg E Claim Form. Is this correct and what is a Reg E Claim form?
Answer:

Answer from Randy: You are going to have to refer to your ATM network agreement of which both you and the other bank must be a member for specific answers to your questions and the responsibilities for the parties involved.

Answer:

Answer from Andy: Your network rules may influence your procedures, but it may also be that the other bank wants some verification of the claim prior to researching and releasing the information. Since it is your depositor and not theirs, I don't see a privacy issue unless the person also banks with them. Still, it is your deposit. Other than possibly a network issue, there is no universal Reg E Claim form.
