Question: 
A Reg E or Reg Z error was submitted from a customer through email or bank's website during non business hours. When does the claim start?
Answer: 

Depends on what Reg and what section we're looking at.
Reg E: 1005.6(b)(1) & (2) say it's when they notified you.
1005.11(b)(1)(i) indicates it is when you received it.

Reg Z: 1026.13(b)(1) uses the term "received by the creditor."
