HMDA reporting question. An individual at our financial institution thinks we only need to report the MA, state code, county code and census track for those loans where the property is in a TOWN where we have a branch. My understanding is that we
need to report this information on all towns in an MSA in which we have a branch. Nothing I've read indicates the reporting requirement is limited to towns where you have a branch.
Report on ALL TOWNS in an MSA where we have a branch or only report on the
towns where we have a branch.?
