I am not aware of any information that has to be disclosed on the back of the savings statement. The back of the statement is often used for the Reg E error resolution procedures. This information has to go to the customer annually in long format, or on or with each periodic statement in a slightly shorter version. Many banks have added it to the back of the statement to cover this requirement. However, if you prefer, you could send the long-form error resolution notice in an annual mailing or statement stuffer.
